About me

I’m currently Director of Content Marketing at Series B SaaS start-up Port, crafting long and short-form content including blogs, case studies, social posts, newsletters and thought leadership. 

I’m part of a marketing team that has doubled inbound leads year-on-year and significantly scaled SEO efforts (increasing organic traffic by 50%). I wrote an article that garnered over 100,000 views on The New Stack (the highest viewed in the last two years) and have a strong following from customers and prospects on thought leadership and our blog.

I managed the 2025 The State of Internal Developer Portals research report from start to finish – involving a survey, analysis, report, articles, design, animation, PR and ads.

I’m data-driven, using A/B testing to ensure the content and format is the right fit, tracking performance and refining strategies, with the aim of increasing brand awareness and lead generation.

My background as a B2B tech journalist means I understand the importance of no-jargon content that the intended audience trusts; I know how to weave in the right messaging without making the content sound like a sales pitch.

In addition to my editorial work, I have worked with a range of clients, including the biggest technology companies (VMware, Oracle, Dell, Workday, Okta, Microsoft, IBM), research organisations and PR agencies on blog posts, e-guides, whitepapers, branded content and press releases.

I have also worked with several clients on multimedia content such as podcasts, videos and webinars.

The topics I’ve covered include: artificial intelligence, cyber security, DevOps, platform engineering, cloud computing and data science. Over the years, I’ve focused on the C-Suite, with interviews with top CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, CDOs and CISOs.
